Generally speaking, I am not a fan of first-person shooters or online multiplayer. There are always exceptions, but until recently multiplayer has been a rule that has been pretty well enforced. And then came along Destiny 2.
Professor Evil and the Citadel of Time is a fun puzzle heist game that emphasises cooperation and agile thinking. I have talked about it a fair bit the last couple of weeks.
Love letter from AEG is a simple game and a whole lot of fun to play. In fact, it’s so good, it feels like Monopoly is the only game with more versions of it! So today I review the classic game and three different versions as well!
Kingdomino is an excellent example of the type of game that the Spiel des Jahres looks for. Quick, fun, easy to teach and learn. it’s no wonder it won board gamings highest honour in 2017.
Splendor is a game that came out and grabbed a large portion of the gaming world by storm. It is simple, addictive, and while the mechanics are identical no game plays the same way twice.
The Grimm Forest is a fun little resource gathering game with interesting ‘take that’ mechanics. Beautifully presented, simple gameplay yet tense play the player feel. Due for retail release March 13th!
